Application Case of Vacuum Crystallizer in Evaporation Crystallization Treatment of High-Salt Wastewater
The client is a research institution. The objective of this project is to recover solid crystalline salt from high-salinity brine generated in the production process via evaporation crystallization. A vacuum crystallization system is required to dehydrate the brine, ultimately producing solid crystalline salt with a moisture content ≤10%. The high-salinity brine has a flow rate of 5 tons per day.

Case Study of Grellix Vacuum Evaporators in the Evaporation and Concentration of Pharmaceutical Intermediate Wastewater and Amino Acid Process Solutions
Grellix offered customized industrial-grade and food-grade low-temperature evaporators to a scientific research institute for treating 6 tons/day of high-toxicity, high-salt, and poorly biodegradable pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater and concentrating 9.5 tons/day of amino acid derivatives, boasting over 90% volume reduction, full water reuse, small footprint, remote monitoring, low energy consumption, and flexible customization services.
