Vacuum Evaporation Concentration

The solution directly enters the GRELLIX vacuum evaporator, where it undergoes boiling and evaporation at 35°C under negative pressure, producing 90% clear distilled water that can be reused or discharged after meeting standards. Only 10% of the concentrate remains, which can be treated as hazardous waste or used to recover raw materials or by-products. This process helps enterprises save costs and improve efficiency.

Vacuum Evaporation Crystalization

High-concentration feed liquids can be directly fed into the GRELLIX Vacuum Crystallizer without pretreatment. Powered by steam and operating at 55°C under negative pressure, the system achieves boiling evaporation, separating 95% of clear distillate (meeting discharge standards or reusable) from the feedstock. Only <10% moisture-content solid/semi-solid residues remain, which can be safely disposed as hazardous waste or repurposed for raw material recovery/by-product extraction. This process slashes operational costs while delivering unmatched efficiency, transforming wastewater treatment into a value-driven operation for industries.
