Start with the Wastewater, Not a Catalogue Model
For a new stream, our process begins with water-quality review and, where required, laboratory, bench or pilot testing. The purpose is to identify volatility, foaming, corrosion, scaling, viscosity and crystallization risks before final equipment selection.
- Review wastewater source, daily volume, analysis and required output.
- Plan representative bench or pilot testing for complex feeds.
- Define pretreatment, evaporation, crystallization and polishing requirements.
- Select materials, controls, capacity and utility conditions.
- Confirm the expected concentrate and distillate endpoints.
Manufacturing and Factory Quality Control
Equipment is manufactured through the Chinese operation’s production facility with multiple lifting and fabrication resources. Material selection may include stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or titanium configurations according to corrosion review.
According to the Chinese operation’s published quality process, equipment undergoes a 72-hour continuous run test before shipment. Factory checks cover controls, alarms, pumps, vacuum performance and operating stability for the supplied configuration.

- Patents, utility models, software copyrights and other intellectual-property achievements reported by the Chinese operation.
